Relationship based classrooms:
- empower students to prevent and resolve their own conflicts
- create a no-fault class room that facilitates empathy and respect
- enhance students' emotional vocabulary and communication skills
- to empower the child
- co-create a classroom culture of respect, trust and cooperation
- develop problem solving skills students will use for a life time ( Based on Marshall Rosenberg's world famous Nonviolent Communication Process).
