Peace clubs

  • To promote Gandhian values among students
  • to create an environment where harmony prevails in the school
  • to make learning attractive
  • to empower the child
  • to foster caring for each other
  • to make each school a Peace School.

Observation of Oct.2nd as International Empathy Day: Empathy is a respectful understanding of what others are feeling and experiencing. 'Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.' Mother Theresa
Relationship based classrooms:
  • empower students to prevent and resolve their own conflicts
  • create a no-fault class room that facilitates empathy and respect
  • enhance students' emotional vocabulary and communication skills
  • to empower the child
  • co-create a classroom culture of respect, trust and cooperation
  • develop problem solving skills students will use for a life time ( Based on Marshall Rosenberg's world famous Nonviolent Communication Process).
